DIBS-Volunteer Requirements
DIBS are White Bear Fastpitch's requirement of all Families to complete volunteer hours per Season. The success of our program relies heavily on member volunteers to help with Field maintenance/preparation, concessions, and other one off needs during the season. Please participate in this effort to support the athletes and our community.
2025 Summer Requirements
Equipment Needed
All girls will need a fielding mask, glove, bat, cleats and a batting helmet. If you need any assistance with equipment please let us know. (Note: you cannot use a T-ball bat)
Player/Parent Meeting
There will be a mandatory player/parent meeting on March x evening (you will get an email closer to tryout dates with the details)
Coaches
Interested in being a coach this upcoming season? View the coaches page here and fill out a coaching application. We can have 3 coaches per team or 2 coaches and one manager. These 3 people are Exempt from DIBS/Volunteer requirement hours (because they put in much more than that) IF they attend 85% of practices and games. 4 volunteers per team is the max and if you have 4 you need to split one Child's dibs requirements in anyway you wish between the 4 coaches. (only 3 coaches/adults are allowed on the bench at games per MN Softball rules)
