Website Support - View Support Thread

When attempting to add a phot to the tram photo album after folloeing the four appropriate steps the phot begins to load and then an error message displays stating that the there is a website maintenance error and that the web page can not be displayed. What needs to be done?

I just looked up your team to see where you are trying to upload.  There is nobody with your name authorized to log into the site.  Therefore, I assume you are using someone else's log in.  So that I can help troubleshoot, please use the support form to reply and let me know the following:

1. Your complete name
2. The name of the team you are trying to load photos for.
3. Please attach the photo you are trying to upload.

THis will help me log into the correct page and try uploading so I can see and fix the error.
