The problem to the last email is that when I get to the registration and check out page it says that the cart is empty.  I need the full registration page with the player information and everything else that is on it.  Can you PLEASE send me instructions on how to get that information.  It needs to be sent to the secretary before the 30th of January.

We do not provide email support and therefore I have no information from the referenced email.  Please be sure to use the support form.  Please do not email us or reply to this email.  It will not be received.

If you are seeing an empty cart message, then you are most likely not clicking on the register button to go through the process of actually selecting something to register for.  If you are getting to the Select player screen and immediately clicking on the Check Out link, you will always see an empty cart message.

I just looked at your family record and I now better understand your problem.  You have already registered your daughter.  White Bear Fastpitch does not allow payment via credit card.  Instead, you have to mail your payment.  The last page you would have seen instructed you to send your $200 check to the Association.  Your dughter is registered as long as you pay.  That's why you see her listed, registered, and paid says "No" when you log in and attempt to register her multiple times.

The cart comes back empty because she is already registered, but unpaid.  As Mailing your check will complete your registration.
