White Bear Area Fastpitch Softball Association

There are a few changes to the registration process this year.  All registration and payments will be done online.  We are offering a payment plan for the registration fee.  Half of the fee will be due when you register and the other half will be due on Friday, February 17th.

Registration fees may look like they have increased, but they haven't!  There will be no need to write an additional check for uniforms this year!  The registration fee now includes the price for the full uniform purchase which includes a jersey, pants and 2 pair of socks.  If you would like to purchases additional uniform pieces you may also do that during registration.

Summer 2012 Registration Fees
  8U - $125.00 (Birth year 2003 and later)
10U - $255.00 (Birth year 2001 and later)
12U - $255.00 (Birth year 1999 and 2000)
14U - $255.00 (Birth year 1997 and 1998)
16U - $255.00 (Birth year 1995 and 1996)
18U - $255.00 (Birth year 1993 and 1994)
 

You will also be selecting the buyout or selling of the annual candybar fundraiser during registration.  This will help us plan better for the number of boxes of candy bars to be ordered.  This cost will be the same as last year, $50.00 or $100.00 based upon the option you select.  There will be a description of each option during registration.

We will be collecting medical information and uniform sizes during registrations.  Please have that information ready when you register.  Sizing will be available at tryouts and can be changed there. if needed.

A volunteer check written out to WBAFSA for $100 will be collected at tryouts.  This check will only be cashed if your family does not complete the 4 hours of required volunteer time. 

We will also need a current photo and copy of the players birth certificate before the first games of the season.  You can also bring that to tryouts or give to your coach once teams have been selected.

You must complete your registration and submit your volunteer check prior to team placement.  If they aren't received you will not be placed on a team.

A late fee of $20.00 will be applied for any registrations after February 19th for age levels with a tryout date in February or March.  This affects the following age groups:  10U, 12U and 14U. 

If you already have a login with a different NGIN website, you will be using the same login when you register.  Most sports associations in White Bear Lake now use NGIN as their website service provider.  If you've registerd anyone in your family for other sports you may already have a login.  If not, sign up is quick and easy and you will be directed there when you click on the register link below.
